Choose the plan that fits the workflow

Alkax plans can differ in place limits, API usage, verification features, analytics, support, and organisation capabilities. The plan screen in the app is the current source of available features and pricing for your region.

Check your plan​

Open Settings → Account to review:

  • the active plan;
  • current usage;
  • remaining place or API allowance;
  • badges and account features;
  • subscription management actions when available.

When usage is close to the limit​

Alkax warns when an allowance is running low or exhausted. Depending on the feature, you may need to:

  • remove an unnecessary draft or duplicate;
  • wait for the next usage period;
  • move the workflow to an organisation account;
  • select a plan with a higher allowance.

Partner API usage​

Integrations should monitor their usage response and handle 429 Too Many Requests safely. Do not wait for a production request to fail before alerting on sustained growth.
